GPX Software - aggregate GCs from overlapping PQ .gpx files?

I've got a dozen or so .gpx PQ files that overlap quite a bit due to the way they're obtained (radius) and the PQ tool doesn't have the option of doing square queries. Is there an app I can use to load all my PQ .gpx files into and then save as a single aggregated .gpx file minus all the duplicates?

Or can I do this manually? I noted all the gpx files have the following headers. Curious if I can alter this for a master .gpx file and then dump in all of the wpts or if this header is required? Though this would not help to clear out duplicates as easily as an app could.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<gpx xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" version="1.0" creator="Groundspeak Pocket Query" xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/0 http://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/0/gpx.xsd http://www.Groundspeak.com/cache/1/0 http://www.Groundspeak.com/cache/1/0/cache.xsd" xmlns="http://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/0">

Appreciate any input.

The answer to all questions that start with how do I do something to a GPX file is GSAK. Get it. Load all your PQ's into one database and there will be no duplicates. You will only have the info from the last PQ for each cache. No need for seperate PQ's with different selection criteria.

Excellent!

Done and done.

Before

~2800 total(many duplicates) - 15MB in 20 PQ .gpx files

After throwing into GSAK and exporting in a single file:

~1177 total unique GC in a single 6MB file

Thanks all!

Sounds like it would make more sense to set your PQs up by placed date. With 20 PQs you should have almost 10000 unique caches with no overlap.
