Ive got an etrex H and dont want to keep refering to my printed map fo locations! It depends on your budget. For $300? USD you can get a Garmin Colorado that comes with built in topo maps. +Trucker Lee
Garmin Etrex Legend series has maps also. Your best reference will be the maker's website. Make a choice, then shop around for a deal. Quote Link to comment

Keystone
Perhaps someone could post a helpful answer that is specific to the Ordnance Survey maps used in the United Kingdom? I would do that myself but I do not know the answer. Quote Link to comment
Neos2
This might be a good question to post in the UK forums. In fact, it may already be answered in the Resources for the UK & Ireland I don't know if this would also help, but the maps that Garmin has available can be researched at the Garmin site. Each map has a list of the Garmin gps units that can use that map. Quote Link to comment

Ive got an etrex H and dont want to keep refering to my printed map fo locations! The Oregon or Colorado series will work with the new GB Active OS maps. Topo Great Britain has data from the OS, but the maps do not have the look and feel of the printed OS maps. This mapset can come as a DVD that can also be used on your computer, and can be used with pretty much any Garmin mapping unit. Both of these mapsets include routable road data. Could we please have more posts like the ones from Neos2 and Coggins? Let's help the OP with the map question. Quote Link to comment
