+qlenfg Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 What Klatch said. If I'm enjoying the outdoors, I don't take anything that may distract me from the surroundings. Too many sights , sounds and smells out there -- why take tunes? Quote
+The Pathman Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 We only listen to music while in the car on the drive to and from Pink Floyd Aerosmith The Cult Black Stone Cherry Rick Wakeman Just to name a few. On the hunt, no tunes other than what mother nature provides Quote
+sataraid1 Posted April 29, 2008 Posted April 29, 2008 FYI, there is a geocaching group on last.fm. If you like to see what other cachers are listening to, that's a great way to find out. Quote
+TeamGumbo Posted April 29, 2008 Posted April 29, 2008 I just got a 4 CD box set of James Brown songs called "Star Time" which I highly recommend. Quote

I've tried last FM, but I like Pandora much better. Perhaps I will give it another try, seeing as they have a geocachers group. Me, I'm playing The Killers, and several Indie dream pop bands no one has ever heard of. Still trying to live in the 80's I guess, but at least I'm doing it with fresh material. Quote
+Ockette Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Whenever I do beach caches, I take the Pirates of the Caribbean soundtracks. Quote
