New attributes.

When Jeremy changed the width of the coulum, to accomidate the ads. It changed the width of the attributes area. He said that you could have attributes six wide instead of the five. When he did this he didn't change the code to accomadate all 12 attributes.

To my understanding the attributes dont show up in a GPX file anyway so i think they are pretty much useless anyway as we never check the attributes of a cache online before visiting. We only use the info on our palm from the PQ.

Ok negative Nelly. The idea was that once they were actively used we would incorporate it into the GPX files.

 

To the original post's point, we haven't updated to allow 12 options instead of only 10. Once we do some upgrades we'll add that capability. When we do I'll announce it in the forums.

That doesn't make much sense, uh, Positive Pete. (?) If you want them to be actively used, put them in the GPX files. Otherwise neither will happen any time soon.

I've been disappointed as well since the Pocket Query doesn't work correctly yet. But that's just my sad.

 

I do look forward to upping the limit to 12 though.

Just noticed the same - width changed to 2 x 6. So I thought, that 12 will be allowed, but I've been asked to move 2 out... Thank you for reply, looking forward to limit of 12 as well.

You need to use this attribute on some of your hides.

Im was not trying to be negative.

 

Some people might not write that a cache is only available during daylight hours because they think the attribute takes care of it.

 

Others like to know if a cache needs maintenance before finding it. That is a big one for me.
