I just received my Cdn Geocoin and want to activate it, but cannot access the site. I have tried using both MSM and Internet Explorer with no luck.

 

If anyone can shed some light on this, I would really appreciate it.

Which coin? The original or the 2006 edition?

 

If it is the original gold coloured coin, the unfortunate answer is that you cannot activate it. The only person who can do that is the original purchaser. (Which is silly, in my opinion.)

 

For the 2006 edition, you just need the code, then activate on Groundspeak.

That is the URL i've been using. It seems to be loading the page and then says done and I get a blank screen.

Check your Spamm filters. If set too high you may not be able to get through. I was able to get to the site immediately off the link provided.

Shut everything down, restarted browser and still no luck.

I just gave it a shot and it worked, and I have scripts disabled too. Hope you get through. If you still have problems ate work you could always e-mail one of us offline with your number and we could get the code for you.

Again, thanks to all. I activated it from work, with no problems. I will have to sort my home computer out. It seems Bell Sympatico and MSN may be the problem.

I can not bring up the web page, http://www.geocoins.ca Tried with IE7 and Fire Fox, it is like the address never existed. I need to log a coin. Have they gone MIA?
