+Prairiepartners
I would like to challenge each and every cacher out there to contact their local police department and explain what geocaching is . If everyone did this , all police agencies atleast would know something about it. Offer to take them around and show them a few so they can see how it works. You never know of all the positive that this could do. I'm lucky to have 5 local police officers that geocache in my area. When a cacher comes to Bedford, they don't get harrassed by the police, they get helped by the police! Please post your experiences with the police and post any areas that have been contacted. +GerbilMafia
Maybe we could come up with an informational write up about geocaching that could be distributed to local police departments???? Quote Link to comment
