knowschad
Google offers not only maps, but color satellite images. All you need to do is to enter an address as your search. Then, on the map page (upper right) there is a link to display the satellite images. Real cool. However... I tested and found out that it won't offer the map page if you enter GPS coordinates instead of an address SO!.... instead, go here http://boulter.com/gps/ and enter your coordinates, then select the Google maps link, and from there, switch to the arial photos. Too cool! Quote Link to comment

+GeoLobo
You forgot to tell people to go to google maps http://maps.google.com/ otherwise they will do what i just did.... entire the coordinates in the search box at http://www.google.com/ instead.... Sholmes Quote Link to comment
+Fairbanks
I enter coordinates directly into Google maps all the time and haven't had a problem. I know for a fact that they didn't used to support it, but they add new functionality all the time. You can even get turn-by-turn directions to coordinates by clicking on the Directions link and putting an address in a first box and coords in the second - pretty cool! Quote Link to comment
knowschad
I see that you're both right, but only from http://maps.google.com/ I was trying directly from the main Google search page. Thanks for the tip! Quote Link to comment
+Teamhawaii1981 & blueicyrose
Ok, I have a question. I have purchased KeyHole (or Google Earth Plus) and I have noticed that the coordinates are somewhat off. Has anyone else found this? If so, what is the best way to compensate? Quote Link to comment
+BigFurryMonster
Bah!! They only do one country! Quite worthless for me at this level. They should move the service to maps.google.us. Edited June 2, 2005 by BigFurryMonster Quote Link to comment

Plank&Calculon
I tried the original link you posted, and I prefer that over the google maps for street detail. Thanks for the great link, it will be very useful. Quote Link to comment
+Glenn
Bah!! They only do one country! Quite worthless for me at this level. They should move the service to maps.google.us. Google Maps is in BETA right now. Besides, it is much easier to troubleshoot the real problems after you have removed all the trouble makers. Quote Link to comment
