+zarah
I went and did The Song Nobody Knows yesterday and was upset to find that the cache owner went AWOL about 2 yrs ago. Although I don't know the final prize coords, I'm interested in adopting and changing it a bit. It hasn't seen much action at all. WOuld anyone be interested in completing this cache if it was saved and jazzed up a bit? Come on, it's got Coltrane for gosh sakes! The Song Nobody Knows Check out his bio here. Quote Link to comment
magellan315
It couldn't hurt to adopt it. Seems like an interesting cache and worth saving. Quote Link to comment
+julz91
Sounds interesting, and I like how you get the walking tour of the "rich and famous" from this one. I'd say adopt it - I'd certainly come out and do it! Quote Link to comment
+rjw661
You may want to email one of the first finders for the prize cooridnates. Let them know that the owner is not responding and you are thinking of adopting it. Boy I wished I lived closer because I'd go and do this one. Quote Link to comment
+Quest1962
Sounds interesting. I am just making a list of LI caches to do. I will add this one to it! Thank you! Quote Link to comment
+zarah
all the paperwork is in and I am the new owner. I have emailed a few of the cachers who may have gotten the prize coords and will update the listing as the info unfolds. def check this one out! Quote Link to comment
+JMBella
Great job Zarah. I'm glad to see this one adopted. I think with an interesting location like that you could really make better use out of it rather than, "tell me what the color carpet is." BTW, I grew up listening to Coltrain, Monk, Ellington ect... My father is an amazing jazz saxophonist. Quote Link to comment
+GPS_David
I responded here yesterday but my message is not here!?!? A few weeks ago, I thought about adopting it although I had not even been to the cache yet. I'm in the neighborhood and drive past it to and from work everyday. After seeing that you went to visit it, I decided to visit it myself. I say go ahead an adopt it! I can always hold off on logging it until the adoption process is done :-) Dave Quote Link to comment
