Two good places to try are:

Markwells site.

brian posted my two favorites, especially Markwell's great site.

 

If I had to add something, I would go with Today's Cacher and GeoLex

 

For some great resources for placing a cache, I would also recommend the Texas Geocaching Association's site, home of 9key's Selector and some handy log page examples
