Gc Dot Com Trouble Or Me.

Anyone else having problems logging onto GC dot com. I keep getting "Server Error '/' Application . Since 04:30 pm EST, several errors logging in. Am I alone. Is server having problems or is it me/myside. Other site seem to work ok. SF1

We're experiencing very high traffic volumes right now. I'm trying to determine whether there is a robot hitting the site too hard. I already emailed one indexing company who is unfortunately hitting us pretty hard at the moment.

You probably know this but do you have a robots.txt file telling the spiders and indexers which content they can index and which the can't?

Thanks Jeremy, I was wondering why I couldn't access "My Cache Page". I guess that explains why I got thru log in and hung up in "My Cache Page" , same as uperdooper. I tried 3 diferent computers to no avail. I wasn't sure if I got a new virus even with "Norton" protecting me. Again thanks for the update. SF1

Sorry guys, it was me. I submitted a pocket query for all micro caches within 500 miles of Nashville. I could smell the server burning all the way down here in Austin.

 

Time for another bucket of that server oil.
