FISUR Posted February 7, 2004 Posted February 7, 2004 Our team is in the process of designing a new geocoin. We're leaning towards having a geocaching super hero on one side: FISUR Babe, the matriarch of Team FISUR. We've been using heromachine.com while playing with a design. Here's a sneak peak: If anyone can figure out how to put a nice gps in her right hand, we'd appreciate it. Team FISUR Quote
+TeamK-9 Posted February 7, 2004 Posted February 7, 2004 I think she looks good, but maybe screw around with the colors... Quote
FISUR Posted February 7, 2004 Author Posted February 7, 2004 I think she looks good, but maybe screw around with the colors... We previoulsy tried the gc.com colors (i.e., yellow, green, orange and blue), but it came out kind of weird. Quote
+MountainMudbug Posted February 8, 2004 Posted February 8, 2004 Here's my contribution, didn't know what type of GPS to use so I picked a bright yellow magellan to show up well: Quote
inventorjg Posted February 8, 2004 Posted February 8, 2004 wow thats great, work, i like it very much Quote
FISUR Posted February 8, 2004 Author Posted February 8, 2004 MountainMudbug, you've done it again! Great work. Thanks very much for your help. Team FISUR Quote
+GeckoGeek Posted February 8, 2004 Posted February 8, 2004 I picked a bright yellow magellan to show up well: Oh, and here I thought it was a basic eTrex "yellow". Personally, I think she'd be better off with a Rino to communicate with her friends. The shape is unique enough no one will mistake it for a basic unit. Quote
+Spoo Posted February 8, 2004 Posted February 8, 2004 MountainMudBug's idea looks great. Any thought to a medallion or compass hanging from her neck? Quote
Captain Chaoss Posted February 8, 2004 Posted February 8, 2004 could you get a compass rose as a back ground, or would that be too much ? Oh yea, AWESOME design by the way. Let me know when you'll be putting that one in some caches FISUR. Quote
Hogarth Posted February 8, 2004 Posted February 8, 2004 Where't the utility belt with all the gadgets? Quote
+The Dillon Gang Posted February 8, 2004 Posted February 8, 2004 Here's my contribution, didn't know what type of GPS to use so I picked a bright yellow magellan to show up well: Talent! Pure Talent! What program do you use to play with the graphics? working with bobkat92 i did the work on the california geocoin in corel draw. that pic would make a great bumble button. Quote
