Gaddiel
Although my transactions have cleared PayPal, I'm still getting the error message that says that my subscription number was not found in the system. I've emailed contact@Groundspeak.com about this, but haven't gotten a reply yet. Link to comment
Team GPSaxophone
When did you email them? If it was in the last couple of days, keep in mind that it was the weekend and they like to go caching, spend time with their families, etc. Now that it's Monday they'll get to the email. Yours probably isn't the first one in the queue. Link to comment
Gaddiel
Well, my first email to them was on Thursday (just SEEMED longer), so it's possible they just haven't gotten to me yet. Thanks for the reply. I'll shuddup and sit down now... Link to comment

E = Mc2
How long have you been waiting for the PQ? They don't process until the middle of the night, when the servers aren't as busy. Link to comment
E = Mc2
Oops! That's before I found out they changed the PQ page. Sorry. Link to comment
KVOM
I'm also a new member, and had a similar problem. I solved it my doing an explicit logout/login from geocaching.com. Link to comment
Mastifflover
If you paid through paypal that draws its funds from a checking account paypal takes like 10 days to clear. Once the funds cleared through paypal my subscription was working that day. Link to comment
Gaddiel
Our problem has been resolved by the Groundspeak crew. Can't say that it was exactly lightning fast, but at least they started our membership from the day they got it working instead of making us pay for that 10 days. Thanks, Groundspeak, for taking care of this for us! Link to comment
Destitute
I sent a check to them on Dec. 8, 2003. Check hasn't cleared and they don't answer my e-mails or phone messages. What's the deal? Anyone have any ideas? Link to comment
hydee
I apologize for the delay, I was unable to track your membership down as you had given me the name 'team destitute' as your username. I have activated your membership, thanks for your patience. Link to comment
