+Ramness
Anyone else having trouble with Easy GPS today downloading waypoints? I was able to get 2 caches downloaded then third I did the same thing as always, closed the first Easy GPS window clicked open on both dialog boxes, but when Easy GPS opened there were no caches listed… I tried another cache, same thing. Tried going through “nearest caches” didn’t work. Tried the “check all” function in nearest caches, still nothing. I tried hitting “open” on the first dialog box then “save” on the second. Opened the program and then the created file… still nothing! I tried restarting my computer and disconnecting a reconnecting my dial up connection, still can’t get the darn thing to work! I’ve been using Easy GPS for over a year now with out a hitch till now! Anyone else having trouble? This Isn't rocket science... Quote Link to comment

+DustyJacket
Last week I corrupted my waypoint file. So, ExpertGPS downloaded 3 or so and stopped. I saved my waypoints to the SD card. I edited the corrupt record out of the file on the SD card. I used ExpertGPS to delete all waypoints, routes, and tracks from the GPS. then I loaded waypoints back onto the GPS from the SD card. Whole process took 5 minutes, and all was AOK. I think the file got corrupted because I was manually adding waypoints, and went over the 500 mark.
