enfanta
6/27/2002 0.8mi N (1.3km) "PSU Micro Cache" by deetylong (GC695F) (Pennsylvania) 1.5/1 No one's found it yet. It's 6:25 EST. That cache is about 100 yards from where my car is parked and I can't leave work for half an hour. What would YOU do?? Quote Link to comment

+Mr. Vic
Pull the fire alarm and go out and find the cache during the disruption. Get your priorities straight!! Will cache for food Quote Link to comment
enfanta
I don't see a fire alarm anywhere... Fire alarm, fire alarm, find fire alarm... Maybe I could just shout "Fire!" That's justified, right? Quote Link to comment
+TheGertridgeExplorers
I'm a non-smoker, but I feel completely justified in going outside for a short "break" or to run an errand. Why should smokers get to take extra breaks during the day? So, if anyone asks where you were - say "smoke break", and they won't question you any further. Mission accomplished! +culpc
Borrow a cigarette from a smoker as cover... Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son! Quote Link to comment
+mrp
What are the chances that anybody will actually notice you're gone? (Is that a good thing or bad?) -- Mitch [This message was edited by Pneumatic on June 27, 2002 at 09:16 PM.] Quote Link to comment
+Salvelinus
As of 12:25 am Friday morning it still goes unfound and unlogged. Did the big storms keep you away Enfanta? If I get insonmia tonight...I'm going for it! Good Luck, Smoochnme "He who hesitates is lost" Quote Link to comment
enfanta
Got it! Practically ran out of work, surprised I didn't rupture a lung! Thank you for all your helpful advice. I intend to take up smoking and will always seek out fire alarms just to be ready in case this should happen again. Quote Link to comment
+Wander Lost
I'd suddenly come down with a migraine headache. They are great, as far as excuses go, they come on all of a sudden and once you get home and take your 'medicine' it is all better. If ignorance is bliss, why aren't there more happy people??
