tlg
Ok, so I know it's an old model but I saw an ad for one that had them for $150 (Cdn). Any ideas/comments on purchasing and older model GPS unit? Right now I have and etrex of my own and a GeoExplorer3 that I "borrow" ;-) from the office on occasion. Link to comment
+PDOP's
I have had a GPS12 for three years and I love it. Some things that you may want to consider are: Batteries - The 12cx uses four AA's Tracklog- Only 1024 trackpoints Waypoints - Does not record elevation PDOP's GPS Pages Link to comment
marty621
The 12CX holds slightly more than 2000 tracks points. I would not hesitate to get it, if I needed one. Link to comment
+mikemtn
I have one of these I haven't used much, have a couple of GPS 12's but if I'm not mistaken the 12CX also holds 1000 waypoints which could be a big consideration if using Pocket Queries. Mike Of all the things I've lost.....I think I miss my mind the most. Link to comment
