+str8upcacher Posted Wednesday at 10:23 AM Posted Wednesday at 10:23 AM I got it in mind that I would try to reverse a few of my DNFs. Must be feeling a bit masochistic... So, taking a look at the GC website, you can look at the browse map and filter OUT DNFs from displaying, but you can't filter them IN. Using the search function, you can filter for caches "Not found by me" but this includes all the ones you have never attempted as well. Same thing for a pocket query. So, am I missing something - is there a way of doing this, or is this a gap in the GC functionality? Note - I know that in the Dashboard I can view “Your Geocaching Logs” and filter for DNFs, which are listed chronologically, but there is no way of putting these on a map or in a PQ, is there? P.S. I am not and never will be a GSAK user, so please don’t suggest that as an option… LOL Quote
+Max and 99 Posted Wednesday at 01:18 PM Posted Wednesday at 01:18 PM You can add them to a list. You can view a map of the list or create a pocket query from it. The downside is this could be time consuming. 1 Quote
+Sottiwotti Posted Thursday at 05:09 PM Posted Thursday at 05:09 PM I put every DNF in a list. Just tap the map button on the app when viewing your list, and you get a nice map of all your DNFs. 2 1 Quote

The downside is this could be time consuming. I add my DNFs to my Watch List every time I do a caching run. I also add them to a specific GSAK database that I keep for this purpose. It takes only a moment or two to do this. The nice part about keeping the GSAK database is that you refresh the logs every now and again, and see which ones are now likely 'findable' if they were MIA before or have new log data that might help in the hunt.
