Get a cache published on a certain date

Have people had much success with requesting a cache be published on a certain date? A couple of weeks ago I submitted a cache that I wanted published on Pi Day but unfortunately the date has now come & gone with no further word from the reviewer   Wondering about others’ experiences?

I have had very good success requesting publication on a certain date. 

And you are certain that your cache was submitted and not awaiting a response from you?

Your cache has been properly awaiting review since March 6th, when you addressed the question asked by your Reviewer.

Same here. IIRC, both times, I first submitted the listing about a month before my target publication date.

Any reason there is a delay then? Should I have submitted it earlier?
