ADVISE NEEDED, RE UPGRADING

Hello, ive been away from caching for a lot of years due to ill health, but now im back (hopefully)

i signed into my account on my phone and upgraded to premium today without any issues, but when i got to my laptop

and signed in, it says im still on basic

can someone please advise who i can contact about this?

First I would try logging out and logging back in again.

If that doesn't fix it then click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page here (or any other page on geocaching.com) and then use " Can’t find what you need? Contact us. expand section "

Did you pay through an App on your phone?  How long ago?  Some threads in this Forum mention that it takes at least a few hours for the payment to get from, for example, Apple Pay to the point where Geocaching.com completes the upgrade.
