Spidy man Posted January 8 Posted January 8 Hello, ive been away from caching for a lot of years due to ill health, but now im back (hopefully) i signed into my account on my phone and upgraded to premium today without any issues, but when i got to my laptop and signed in, it says im still on basic can someone please advise who i can contact about this? many thanks Quote

How long ago? Some threads in this Forum mention that it takes at least a few hours for the payment to get from, for example, Apple Pay to the point where Geocaching.com completes the upgrade.
