Place a cache on a specific date?

I’m starting a themed cache series where each cache will be placed on the 13th of each month, starting in December. I’m wondering I would get this to work. I’m under the assumption that putting the request in my note for the reviewer would work, I’d just like some clarification or extra ideas. Thanks in advance!

You can submit them as early as you want, but in the reviewer note, ask your reviewer if they can be set to publish on Smarch 13th or whatever.

Placed Date can be whatever you like (backdated up to a year). I assume you're meaning the Publish date as set for the 13th of each month? That would require reviewer coordination

As others have said, you can edit the Hide date, during the process of creating the cache description on the website.

The only restriction is that it cannot be changed to a date more than a year in the past, or to a date in the future (because that date hasn't happened yet).

So I would recommend that if you are making caches to begin December 13, then Jan. 13, Feb. 13 etc., you should start a cache webpage for the 13 of December 2023 before we reach Dec. 13 2024, and then systematically do the same for the 13th of the other months, until you reach November 13 2024. Then you will have 12 GC codes (listed close together) you can gradually work on finalizing your hide locations and web pages descriptions, until all the necessary work is complete. This way you do not risk placing a geocache only to discover months later that the location has some conflict, or the cache container has gone missing; you might have to change a location or get a new container, but you do not lose the hide dates you have chosen.

You cannot fully control the date when a cache is published; you can only have it 100% ready and approved in theory, and ask the reviewer to hold off actually publishing it until a certain time, or until all the caches in a series are approved. (Make this request clear in advance when you are submitting the caches for approval  and writing replies to the reviewer.)
