Narrow edit box for editing list descriptions

I've just updated the descriptions for some of my public lists, and noticed that the edit box has become very narrow. I hope this is a bug rather than the new default, as it's very difficult to write a meaningful description in a box that's only a few characters wide.

Both the title and edit box seem more narrow to me.
