Events Link

At one time (pre-covid) there was an events tab on the main page where the "Traditional" tab is now located. We are having difficulty getting people out to events and many of them tell us that the present location of the link is either foreign to them or too difficult to remember where it is so they don't bother.

Would it be possible to return the events link to the home page?

Interesting - I have not used the Events tab - when I log in to Geocaching.com (website) I typically go to my Dashboard, and the events are all laid out on the right side of the screen - I just need to click a date and then the event to get all the details... I also have a notification set up for events within a certain radius of my home location - way easier (in my mind) than remembering to check the events tab.

Like CAVinoGal said, I would think it'd be so much easier to set up a notification one time.

That is one way to do it as is clicking on the community tab and then events. With most people that have not upgraded to premium and even many that have, they don't do that for many reasons such as "they don't know". The events tab on the main page was a success prior to Covid and it was removed because of Covid.
