Someone updated my cache's coordinates!

A "lackey" account named gaijincory updated my cache's coordinates with this log and caused several people to not be able to find it. The log is also visible at: https://www.geocaching.com/live/log/GL1B207DH. The cache is GCA3XA3, which I own. I fixed the update, but that user has never found the cache and, looking at their account, has a bogus hide near a local school where they tested whatever they are using for the admin panel (GC8MMM5). They have access to reviewer tools (https://www.geocaching.com/live/log/GL10WYDAK) and alt accounts (https://www.geocaching.com/seek/log.aspx?LUID=3d0d4856-7779-47b3-950d-685ff705620dhttps://www.geocaching.com/seek/log.aspx?LUID=d00b5fa5-5062-40b2-b763-57961a6268e8).Please help, this seems like a bigger problem then I or the local community can deal with. I'm posting it here because there doesn't seem to be anywhere else to post this sort of thing.

I'm speculating that this may have been a user error during a testing process.

Another way to raise your concerns would be to write to Geocaching HQ's community team via the Help Center and ask them for an explanation.

Update: I got this e-mail back when I contacted them via the help centre. The response was as follows:

Quote

Hello lazyuncle,

Thank you for contacting Geocaching HQ.

We apologize for any confusion; gaijincory is a real Lackey who made a mistake while testing.

I hope this clarifies the matter.

Kind regards,

Eric

But no apology from gaijincory for the mistake and the ensuing difficulties?

That's rude.

An apology was received.

From what lazyuncle posted, an apology was received from the company.

That's different.

The company didn't make the mistake; a person did. They even acknowledged that. Simple decency.
