+TeamRabbitRun Posted November 12, 2023 Share Posted November 12, 2023 If your app still calls you a 'Basic' member, but elsewhere you're listed as 'Premium' (as in , HERE on this forum page!), then log out of your phone app and the webpage and log in again to reset the data. Often, settings like this are set on your device when you log in, and if something changes WHILE you're logged in, it isn't programmed to reset because it's a relatively rare event. On the GC app: 'PROFILE" at the bottom...'GEAR ICON' at the top, then 'Sign Out'. 1 Quote Link to comment
