False reported issue with lab cache

I got a visitor of one of my lab caches not able to find an answer on one of the locations and just reported it as an issue.
However, dozens of people did find it before, so no issue at all.
But what to do against this "false" reporting?

You could reach out to them and ask them why they reported. 
 

Otherwise, there is (currently) no “health score” or anything like that for Adventure Labs. You can safely ignore it.

Someone is telling you "I couldn't find one of the locations" and you consider this as "false" reporting?

Are you telling me that the one reporting is lying to you?

Much like a DNF doesn't necessarily mean the cache is missing, "couldn't find the answer" doesn't mean the answer is missing.
