+Revenge of the Den Leader Posted July 17, 2023 Posted July 17, 2023 Hello Staff - I have been geocaching since its inception and notice that I have been relogging some caches that I originally found over 20 years ago. I thought it would be neat if you could create a category where I could relog these as a "Legacy Refind" or other such name. I think that would be a fun option. Thanks, Revenge of the Den Leader 4 3 Quote
+cerberus1 Posted July 17, 2023 Posted July 17, 2023 Similar to Max and 99 I guess, how were you able to "relog" caches you found earlier? Thanks. That ability ended in May 2017. If you're simply leaving Write Notes on caches revisited, we do that a lot, especially safe ones with Trackables dropped. Around winter we leave Hallmark ornaments in caches that are ammo cans or true waterproof plastics, and usually leave a Write Note... 1 Quote
+TriciaG Posted July 18, 2023 Posted July 18, 2023 What would be the cutoff time period for such an entry? 5 years? 10? 20? 1 Quote

Why? It's pretty clear on your account if you've logged the cache before. Quote
