Getting credit for Adventure Labs

I am not getting credit for my Adventure Lab finds on geocaching.com, I think because I didn't use the same login for both.  Is there anyway I can transfer or change id?

You'll have to redo the adventure lab on the account you want finds.

You have already lost your finds by playing them with another account.

My suggestion is that you relog your 300 real geocache finds to the account you used for playing those adventures, unless you remember the answers for all lab positions. In that case you can switch the account in the Adventure Lab App and enter the answers again. It allows doing this without visiting them again.

I think I can remember most of the answers for the lab positions. So, I'd like to go that route.  Can you give me the sequence in switching over the Adventure Lab app to my Geocaching account?  I'd really appreciate your help so that I don't mess this up.

  1. Open the Adventure Lab app.
  2. Tap "Profile" in the bottom right.
  3. Scroll down, hit "Sign Out".
  4. Tap "Profile" in the bottom right (again).
  5. Tap "Sign in with Geocaching".
  6. Log in using the username you'd like to transfer the finds to.
  7. Open each Adventure you visited under your other account. As long as you are still on the same phone, the stages should be unlocked already and "Answer"-able. You can then type in the answers you remember.
