Not Getting Waymark Review Emails

Hello, I have created several categories, manage others 16 in total, and have noticed that I haven't been getting email notifications for waymark submissions. Seems only three categories are consistent in notifications and those are ones I'm an officer in. Looking at the categories I along with my officers created, 7 in total, they are active and I have full permissions to edit, promote etc. Thankfully  the officers are reviewing new waymarks as they come in, yet I myself am never notified they were even submitted to begin with. This has been going on now for some time and is frustrating to say the least.

Anyone know why that is and what can be done to fix this?

The website has been struggling this week, with pages taking 1-2 minutes to load, image uploads taking 2-3 minutes, and intermittent connection resets and other errors. I expect this is also affecting the sending of emails.

Ah yes! I have experienced all of that and didn't realize it was probably connected. Now it makes sense. Thank you.
