+BKip
For the last few months I have been unable to log a Geocache on my Windows 10 desktop, using either Chrome or Firefox (both current/updated versions). When I click "Log Geocache" the only thing that happens is that the tab flashes once. I can select and Upload an image, yet not Edit a previous log. I can fully access my account, such as Profile information, yet unable to log any cache. I have Restored the Settings, Cleared Browsing data & Cookies, added www.geocaching.com to the cookie exceptions list, and have turned off my VPN. Using my mobile phone, with either the Geocaching App or accessing GC.com via Chrome I am fully able to properly log a cache. I have not noted any other sites that limit my access. Help? +Jayeffel
I really have no solution, but are your computer and geocache apps the newest versions? Quote Link to comment

Will the address in the address bar change? At the moment there are two types of log forms. I don't know which one you're using. Do any of these links work for you? https://www.geocaching.com/play/geocache/optout/8820990 https://www.geocaching.com/seek/log.aspx?ID=8820990&lcn=1 https://www.geocaching.com/play/geocache/gc9zwr0/log Quote Link to comment
+BKip
The first two suggestions did nothing. The third, using: "https://www.geocaching.com/play/geocache/GC_NUMBER_HERE/log" Does work. A good starting point but how do I get my browser to use this format without me having to manually type it in? Thank you Quote Link to comment
Darwin473
Are you using any Ad blockers or similar software? Or someone else who uses your computer might be using somthing similar? From my limited experience, that's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head about what could be blocking a specific url but not the whole website. 1 Quote Link to comment
