Unable to log cache

For the last few months I have been unable to log a Geocache on my Windows 10 desktop, using either Chrome or Firefox (both current/updated versions). When I click "Log Geocache" the only thing that happens is that the tab flashes once.

I can select and Upload an image, yet not Edit a previous log.

I can fully access my account, such as Profile information, yet unable to log any cache.

I have Restored the Settings, Cleared Browsing data & Cookies, added www.geocaching.com to the cookie exceptions list, and have turned off my VPN.

Using my mobile phone, with either the Geocaching App or accessing GC.com via Chrome I am fully able to properly log a cache.

I have not noted any other sites that limit my access.

Help?

Will the address in the address bar change?

At the moment there are two types of log forms. I don't know which one you're using. Do any of these links work for you?

The first two suggestions did nothing. The third, using:
Does work. A good starting point but how do I get my browser to use this format without me having to manually type it in?

Thank you
