"Error 500" on labs.geocaching.com/logs

Hi there,

 

Since a couple of days I get an error on viewing my found Adventure Labs logs page: labs.geocaching.com/logs. All other pages on geocaching.com are working fine.

 

I usualy use Chrome on Windows, but tried IExplorer, Edge and Firefox as well. 

I also cleared the browser history en deleted all the cookies for geocaching.com, with no result.

 

Does anybody know what might the reason and how to solve this?

I moved this thread from the Geocaching.com Website bug reporting forum.

 

Also, I can confirm the bug.  When I select "View Finds," the hamsters grind for a few seconds and then display "Error 500."

Strange, but I use the link you provided and everything came up just fine.

I have friends also experiencing this problem, but there are also where it works fine. So it is not a general problem.

In addition on the same computer and same browser logging in in my wife's account it works fine.

I have tried from several different browsers and different devices.   I too am getting the Error 500 on each of them.

Out of the blue, it seems to work now!
