Adventure lab completion picture difficulty

Is anyone having difficlty puting an image into the Adventure lab completion section. I get an Error 500 message each time. I can put an image in the Cover image section easily

I have no problems with uploading the image but when I test the lab (not published yet), the image doesn't show up. The final message either. The app just informms that I have completed the lab and closes. Any ideas what the reasons for this might be?
