Adventure lab distance measurements

Hey folks, does anyone know how to change the distance measurements from metric (meters) to miles/feet? My app keeps telling me the distance in meters and I would like to see feet or miles.

A rough mental calculation would be to think of a metre as one yard then multiply by 3 for feet.
