+quinnster212 Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 How do I delete a list that I downloaded to my iPhone? Seems like the file is too big that my phone ran out of storage. Quote
+IceColdUK Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 Press the three dots in a circle alongside the list for options to delete the list or to remove the offline data. Quote

Is that it? Quite possible! I won't have the iPhone to check till tomorrow. I just picked one list to try. Quote

Is that it? A pocket query result is just text so it really doesn't take up much storage. The offline map data, however, could get quite large. Quote

Is that it? The App shows the available Pocket Queries. You don't have to download the data, and if you do, you can of course delete the downloaded data. The Pocket Query remains available to download for offline use for the full 7 days, counting as one of the limited PQs that you may run each day. As to the OP, yes you can completely remove Lists, which work in a different way to Pocket Queries. And by deleting offline data, the cache info is stored in a place off of your phone until you load it. However, you can't tell the App that you did not run a Pocket Query. Delete the whole query from the web site, and the phone still shows that you ran a Pocket Query. I'm guessing that it's a failsafe, just in case someone is click-happy and deletes a Pocket Query, and then wants it all back, which could become a problem due to PQ limits. A good plan is, if you don't want a Pocket Query, don't request it in the first place. Or else go ahead and run it, delete it all from the web site (and don't look at the App) and then one may bask in the nothingness. Edited August 23, 2019 by kunarion Quote
