+Zouk Team
When I downloaded a GPX file for a solved mystery cache to my Garmin Oregon 450, I noticed that my icon had changed on the map of my GPS from the '? ' symbol to the general geocaching box symbol. After further investigation I noticed that when you click the "GPX file" button on the cache page, the contents of the generated GPX file has changed. Everywhere where it used to say "Unknown Cache" it now says "Mystery Cache". This affects the icon that appears on your GPS (not sure about newer devices). So, why suddenly this change of format? If it ain't broke don't fix it. 1 Quote Link to comment
+HHL
Holy Moly. This should be corrected asap! Hans Quote Link to comment
+HHL
The "Send to My GPS" function is affected as well. Edited August 21, 2018 by HHL Quote Link to comment
+Zouk Team
Apparently Pocket Queries (PQ) are not affected (yet). There the GPX file still mentions "Unknown Cache" . So, that makes it even stranger. Only making the change in some places. Quote Link to comment
+baer2006
And I thought that my Garmin had a glitch last Saturday, when some mystery caches had a "?", while others showed a box. But after reading this thread, I checked, and indeed - those with the "?" were in a PQ, while the ones with the box were from individual GPX downloads. Anyway, I agree that this should be fixed a.s.a.p.! Quote Link to comment

Frau Potter
Thanks for reporting this. The engineers are looking into it. We hope to have a fix available soon. 1 Quote Link to comment
Frau Potter
This should now be fixed. Thanks again for reporting the problem. We recently changed Unknown Cache to Mystery Cache in setting up Instant Notifications. We believe this was an unintended consequence of this change. Quote Link to comment
+van der Decken
That seems to have done the trick, thank you. Quote Link to comment
