+diamonddolljeanette
I have two archived caches because they got muggled and they mess up my hide count on my profile. Is there a way to just delete them permanently? Quote Link to comment

Is there a way to just delete them permanently? We do not delete caches from the system. They remain as historical records for those cachers who found them. Quote Link to comment
+niraD
No. You might have created a dummy account and adopted the caches to that account before archiving them, but you can't adopt archived caches, and you can't unarchive caches for the purpose of adopting them. But I wouldn't worry about it. The "hide count" is not the number of caches you currently have active. It's the number of caches you have ever hidden, plus the events you've ever hosted. That's just the way it works. Quote Link to comment

+noncentric
In the future, you may want to consider just "Disabling" a muggled cache. That allows you time to create a new cache and re-hide. You might even be able to move the cache a little bit (different coordinates), but you'd want to check with your Reviewer about how far away you can move the cache. Some moves are so far away and/or so different from the original cache that Archiving and then creating a new cache is the better course of action. Quote Link to comment
