anhaii
Hi, i am using an etrex 20 for more than one year, and i found more than 100 caches. But now i cannot send the date to my GPS. The button "find divices" is not on. I also cannot download the GPX file to my computer. The button is just not on. I tried with another site "opencache". Here i can not send direkt to my GPS, but i can download it to my computer and then put it on the GPS. So it means the problem ist not my etrex20. Can someone help me please? thanx anhaii Quote Link to comment
+Walts Hunting
What browser are you using. Chrome recently prohibited the user of the Garmin Communicator. Try IE. Quote Link to comment

+Team Professor X
IE doesn't fix this problem (for me). I installed the latest Communicator, I did add geocaching.com to my compatibility but...nothing. What next??? Quote Link to comment
+Mineral2
Stop using "Send to GPS" and start using Pocket Queries. Done. Quote Link to comment
+rog-jor
I download GPX file and drop it in my cache folder on device Quote Link to comment
+taeke
As a security measure, Chrome started to block certain plugins since v42. I use PQ's and haven't run into thus issue so don't know if this helps, but you could try the fix on the following link Chrome 42 blocks Java, Silverlight, other plugins by default now. I used it to get Silverlight back again. Quote Link to comment
+Team Professor X
Strange....nobody has the right answer Unfortunally IE 11 (latest version) doesn't work either. And yes I use PQ's for larger numbers of caches. But why supplying a button SEND TO GPS on your site that doesn't work well? Or tell how to use it?? To bad and a bit annoying Quote Link to comment

To bad and a bit annoying This isn't Groundspeak's fault, so don't get mad at them. Garmin (and the other GPS manufacturers) need to rebuild their communicator plugins as all of the browsers drop support for NPAPI plugins. Complain to Garmin, not here. Quote Link to comment
