[Bug] Waymarking login error

I cannot login at Waymarking.com

Others also report this in a thread in the Waymarking forums.

 

Error message: An error occurred while receiving the HTTP response to https://account.Groundspeak.sec/AccountV5/Private.svc/AccountServiceSoap. This could be due to the service endpoint binding not using the HTTP protocol. This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server (possibly due to the service shutting down). See server logs for more details.

BruceS has been in contact with the Waymarking developer and he will be looking into it once he is at the office.

I'm also unable to access any of the categories that I manage and submit any new waymarks.

This issue has now been resolved.

Last log, June 3, said the issue has been resolved. Unfortunately, then, it's back again. I've been getting the same message since this morning...still happening now in the evening. Tried to log in using both Safari and Firefox....neither one will work. :-(

Something broke it recently, I'm still not sure why as I didn't change anything on my site.

 

In the meantime, I have another version here (with a lowercase "w", but the forums instead on correcting it to upper case!)

I haven't gone back to check what version it is, but it seems to still work.
