kmontele
My kids and I have just discovered Geocaching in the last year and they LOVE to 'treasure hunt", but they get so discouraged when we can't find the cache. Is there anyway to filter the Geocaches by difficulty level? For example, so that when I am in an area and I log in and it shows me only caches that are a difficulty of 2 or less (or something along those lines)? Thank you so much! Quote Link to comment

Having a tough time understanding things today, I guess... Your profile shows no finds. "Love to treasure hunt", but you haven't found any? You don't say whether you use a computer or app. If an app, this site's Intro app does just what you're looking for... Edited for burnout. Edited July 18, 2014 by cerberus1 Quote Link to comment
+dizzabella
if you sign up for a premium member, you can run a Pocket Querrie based on specific terrain or difficulty levels and container size You can also click on the D/T column on the search pages to sort them from easiest to hardest without being a premium member Edited July 20, 2014 by dizzabella Quote Link to comment

Also look at the size of the cache. Micro caches (35mm film tubs AND SMALLER) can be harder to find, especially if you don't know where to look, or what you are looking for! Stick to "small" and larger sizes. Quote Link to comment
