Scotty996
Can anyone tell me the email-to-SMS address for the Three Network. I would like to have alerts come to my phone but can't find their address. Quote Link to comment
+Touchstone
I came up with the following message when I looked around for that feature: We work every day to make Geocaching better. Sometimes, that means we have to disable projects that the majority of geocachers are no longer using or products that we can no longer support. At this time logging a geocache via text message, aka TextMarking, is disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have a smartphone, don’t forget, you can take advantage of our mobile apps. Happy Geocaching, Geocaching HQ Looks like email notifications are the only way to go, unless someone has some sort of workaround via a third party or hack to forward it to SMS: Instant Notifications Quote Link to comment
+K13
I have sent email to my verizon phone by using the following method: Text messages should be sent to 10-digit-phone-number@vtext.com with no leading "1", only area code and phone number, no spaces or dashes. No special characters in the email, or signatures, or any formatting, nothing but straight text. If you attach a picture, then send it to vzwpix.com You may need to search your phone provider's website for a similar method. Quote Link to comment
Scotty996
I have tried their support pages and can't find anything Quote Link to comment
+ChileHead
I have tried their support pages and can't find anything Try this: - send a text msg to your email. Instead of typing a phone number, use your email address. Most carriers will convert this to an email on their server. - when you get the email, check the sender. That should be the email address for your SMS/MMS. - send an email address to that and see if a text on your phone shows up. Quote Link to comment

I tried for a couple of months to find out or work out how to do this a couple of years ago and then just gave up. Quote Link to comment

Personally I have used the verizon of phone. I have verizon so the abve mentioned solution has worked for me in the past. Quote Link to comment
