+martinsoz Posted April 2, 2014 Share Posted April 2, 2014 Hi guys, by accident (wrong tracking nr.) I have managed to activate un thus am now owner of a geocoin I do not actually own. Is there any way I can reverse this action - say de-activate the geocoin? I read somewhere here, that there is possible process of adoption, i.e. I can transfer the GC to it's rightful owner, but I do not know that owner (until he/she contacts me, most likely). I send an e-mail to one of the 'geo-chiefs' here, and they fixed it. They can de-activate the coin. Could as well be a coin that's not been sold yet, somewhere in a shop or in someone's unactivated collection. Adoption isn't a possibility if it's hidden away somewhere. Quote Link to comment

Include all the relevant information like the tracking number, the error, etc. and explain why it needs to be deactivated. Somebody there can get you in the right hands. Quote Link to comment
