+T.D.M.22
First, find some caches so you know what you're doing, what makes a good cache, and what doesn't. Then tell us what app you're using. Quote Link to comment
+JesandTodd
How do i use my iphone to find coordinates so i can hide a geocach? Pretty please find some caches first? Like around 100... How do you know what makes a good cache if you've never played the game? Quote Link to comment
+JesandTodd
Also....pretty please don't use your iPhone to do so! I'm VERY pro-iPhone, but if you haven't found many caches with it then you don't know how to use it as it relates to geocaching... Edited February 9, 2014 by JesandTodd Quote Link to comment
+Gitchee-Gummee
How do i use my iphone to find coordinates so i can hide a geocach? Rather than hide a cache, most would agree that you should find some first. It does help to know that aspect of geocaching, before attempting to hide one. For using an iPhone, you need an app. Many are available for geocaching purposes. The OFFICIAL geocaching.com app is available here: http://www.geocaching.com/live/default.aspx . There are two Official (iPhone) geocaching apps... one is an Intro-app -- very limited in function and use, the other is a full app -- it will do most everything you need. Choose wisely (as the knight said to Indiana Jones). Edited February 9, 2014 by Gitchee-Gummee Quote Link to comment
