actionjackson-5 Posted July 22, 2012 Posted July 22, 2012 What does the cache reviewing process involve? How long does it usually take? Quote
+Gitchee-Gummee Posted July 22, 2012 Posted July 22, 2012 It can take from minutes to 7-days (standard). Longer if there are issues to resolve. Quote
+Isonzo Karst Posted July 22, 2012 Posted July 22, 2012 What does the cache reviewing process involve? Critically, from the cache placers perspective, it involves being able to receive email from noreply@geocaching.com. I mention this because if you've submitted a geocache for review, you were sent an email from that address, and that email answers in part the questions you just asked. Often, people don't see this email, because it's caught in a spam filter, or even blocked by their ISP. You really need to be able to get those emails, because if there are questions by the reviewer, they'll come the same way. Quote

I have come to believe that Pup Patrol is not a real person but a computer data base search engine for the GS Knowledge Books and Help pages. Keep up the good work. Quote
+wimseyguy Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 Perhaps, but puppatrolling can never replace markwelling. It just doesn't have the same ring. Quote
