+Turtle_Sask
Hello Fellow geocachers, I have one simple question on the subject of instant notification. Are you able to set up instant notifications for two different locations (as in two separate far away locations)? I would like it if when I'm out of town and would like to get notified of a new cache in the area that im visiting. If they don't have this option already then they should think of doing this eh? Let me know Thanks Quote Link to comment
+Ambient_Skater
Yes. You can set up as many different notifications as you want. Quote Link to comment
AZcachemeister
Yes. You can set them up based on postal code, or co-ordinates. Keep in mind you will need separate notifications for each cache type (Trad, multi, etc.) that you might consider hunting. Also note that you can turn them on and off depending on where you will be. This allows you to not get notifications for 'back home' while you are 'visiting relatives'. Quote Link to comment

When I go out of town, I switch the location settings for the "Away" notifications and turn them all on. When I return, I just unclick them to deactivate them for a while. It works pretty well.
