2 complaints that we have come across lately:

 

1. When you post a "Found It" field note (not submitted live), that cache still displays in Find Nearest search feature.

2. Caches that are on your Ignore List still show up in the ap when searching for nearby caches.

 

These features were taken into account in a previous version of this ap but, not in this current version (version 2.2 I believe)

Please be sure to read the pinned topic at the top of this board for instructions on posting here. You have reported both a bug and a desired feature in the same thread. The bug - no observance of the ignore list - has been fixed in the API and is now waiting for an app update to implement it. The feature request - application of pending field notes to the found list - is also dependent on a change in API behavior and is currently in our internal database.

Very nice to hear the API has been fixed for the ignore list issue!

 

Since neither of these issues were present in older versions of the app, I'd say they are both bugs introduced by using the API.

I would like to add my vote for having pending field note "found it" applied to the found list. I only log field notes in the field and having caches I've posted a found it field note for marked as such in the app would be a huge improvement.
