+MikeofKorea
I'm American, but I don't live in North America, and for some mind-boggling reason, Geocaching.com won't write a foreign address on an envelope, so I can't get one of those travel bug tags with a number on it. The country I'm in doesn't have an affiliate with Geocaching.com, and the nearby countries that do only sell in their countries and anyway their websites are in their languages which I can't read. That said, what is the next best way to start a trackable so that I can see its progress in travel? Quote Link to comment
+Bear and Ragged
If you want it trackable on Groundspeak's site you can't use a trackable without a Groundspeak number. If you use another companies trackable, most cachers wont bother to log it. (Most other sites require you to register...) Do you have family/friends who could buy and post the trackables to you? +MikeofKorea
Thanks for the reply. That is one route, but someone called and told me to try a Canadian dealer. I'm going to look in to that first then explore the other option if that doesn't work. Quote Link to comment
+ThomasFamilyZA
Try some of the other accredited dealers, like geoswag or coinsandpins, who will deliver to other countries. The postage just gets expensive for small orders though. I've used them both with no problems to get deliveries to South Africa. Quote Link to comment
+The Blorenges
I know this company have mailed orders to Japan and China, I'm sure they'll do Korea too. Their shipping charges are usually reasonable. GeoTees MrsB Quote Link to comment
+EXMAN
i thought that Groundspeak would sell 'tracking numbers'? isn't that what they do with coin makers who then stamp the # on the coin? Quote Link to comment

You have to buy in bulk (50 numbers) and the design has to be approved by Groundspeak... Quote Link to comment
+MikeofKorea
Thanks to everyone for your replies. There are a lot more options than I thought. Edited November 12, 2011 by 8TOKENS Quote Link to comment
+Eartha
Check the list of vendors in the pinned threads at the top of the geocoin forums. Quote Link to comment
+MikeofKorea
Check the list of vendors in the pinned threads at the top of the geocoin forums. I checked them, and I found most of them do deliver to other countries, just the American one won't. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
