+ecanderson
Does anyone have a link to the Oregon x50 version 4.50 GCD release firmware? Have a friend who wishes to downgrade from 5.00 to 4.50, and the Perry site doesn't have it, and of course, Garmin shows only the most recent version on their site. If no one has a link - does anyone recall if there were any significant changes between the 4.49 beta and the 4.50 release? Quote Link to comment

+ecanderson
Else PM me http://www.gawisp.com/perry/oregon/ Looks like the next link got it. Like I say, the Perry site doesn't have it. They haven't had an x50 GCD file there since 3.60. The latest is the 4.49 beta. Fortunately, Kaswa grabbed the link last time (something I should always remember to do), although the name is predictable enough - should have remembered that. Someone needs to update the link on the Wiki site. Guess I can try - I hate messing with someone else's Wiki structure - I foul it up as often as not. Quote Link to comment
+ecanderson
http://www8.garmin.c...pdater__450.gcd Got it. Many thanks. Should have remembered that it's a 'standard' thing they do with the URL names there. Quote Link to comment

You are welcome....unless the file causes the device to explode or melt or something, then I deny everything Edited September 18, 2011 by Mr Kaswa Quote Link to comment
