It would make downloading the .loc files much easier. I searched for all caches within 100 miles of home and there were 8 pages of results which means 8 *.loc files, which I then have to cut and paste to put them all into one master file. Not sure that becoming a charter member could be called a major commitment! I would say that $30 a year to get exactly the kind of tool your asking for is pretty good value.
