I don't have the real answer for you, but I can tell you that I'm using a 8 GB card in mine without any problem. I don't have 8 GB of data though (maps take up less than 4 GB total) so I can't tell you if it can use more than 4GB of map space. If there's something you want me to try, let me know. I say that because it's been said before, and people have run them successfully, but I have yet to hear of anyone trying to run 32GB in a 300. The only reason you're likely to need more than 4GB is if you plan to load Birdseye images. At that point, an 8GB can be very handy. Beware Class 2 cards - plentiful and cheap though they may be - they will slow your unit down a bit. Quote Link to comment
