+Woodee123
Hello, I just found out, that GC seems to calculate not in a correct way... Profile: You've found 319 caches (319 distinct) Logs Until Next Favorite Point: 2 How does that fit together? Ok, atthe moments it's just 1 find difference, but it may grow... Anyone has an idea how to correct it? Thanks in advance! Woodee123 Quote Link to comment
+Ecylram
If you earned favorite points on accidental find logs and then go back and delete the 'find', the favorite vote remains. Quote Link to comment
+CanadianRockies
In a similar thread, it was suggested that there might be a bug. In before the merge. Edited February 24, 2011 by CanadianRockies Quote Link to comment
+Avernar
Your 1 event attend doesn't count. Edit: Or maybe not... tried the calc on my stats and it doesn't add up that way. Hmmmm. Edited February 24, 2011 by Avernar Quote Link to comment
+dfx
Yeah it's definitely off. Caches Found: 2,881 Logs Until Next Favorite Point: 2 Total Favorite Points: 288 Makes no sense. Quote Link to comment
+Woodee123
Hm, thanks for you answering so fast - but I m quite sure, nothing really fits to my 'problem': - I will get the next point 1 cache later than it should be. (So nothing about remaining points when deleting a log) - This topic showed long time after i logged the event. (So no not-countig events). Quote Link to comment
+tozainamboku
It doesn't count caches that you own. If you log a find on your own cache or if you adopt a cache after you found it, that find no longer counts toward your favorites. Quote Link to comment
AZcachemeister
Sorry, but I fail to see how one favorite point (more or less) is going to ruin your geocaching career. Go out and find some caches, enjoy yourselves, and don't worry about the favorites points so much. Quote Link to comment
