Garmins's nüMaps update program

I have a Garmin 60CX with City Navigator NT8 North America, DVD version unlocked to the unit. I received an email from Garmin regarding a $90 lifetime nüMaps upgrade program. I can't tell from their website if or how this works with my 60CX. Can I continue to get lifetime map updates that will display in Mapsource and upload to my 60CX? I tried calling Garmin but gave up after 40 minutes.

Awww, man... Just 5 more minutes. 45 minutes is well known as the standard hold time for Garmin tech support.

I have nüMaps for my 60CSx. Works fine. Only difficulty is that they are hyper-security conscious. Even though you're just downloading the maps to your PC, you'll need to have the GPS unit physically plugged in to the PC for several of the steps. Once they're on your PC, you can select which segments to upload to the unit's card.
