I was just thinking .05% of the post in the forums will ask "Why does my post say Ringbone."

I usually read at least one whole POST from any given THREAD.

 

Which brings up the next item:

If you don't get into a thread on the ground floor, someone else will probably already have said what you are thinking.

In this case it's best to find that post and just agree with that poster.

Repeating what has already been said makes you look like a dork.

53. Do NOT assume that anybody else reading your post has a sense of humour. Sometimes you're better off not writing at all if you'll eventually take 2 pages and 20 posts to explain to the one last die-hard numpty what exactly you meant by numpty in the first place.

The most negative and acidic posts most often are from people complaining about how negative the forum is.

 

However, their posts most often make the worst ones look good.
